As the third M.I.X album, All Is Fair aims to hit hard with electronic techniques while also sending a strong lyrical message. Love is something we all experience in a variety of ways and this music speaks to many of those experiences. Torment, anger, loneliness, excitement, and fulfillment progress the music while the foundation of each track is strong drums and bass. All Is Fair is a story we can all relate to combined with music that blends the modern uses of electronic sounds.

M.I.X's third solo album, The Truth, is his step into the world of singer-songwriter music. His second album, Electrohead, is an electronic album and experiments with creating interesting sounds. After creating Electrohead, M.I.X wanted to write music with a poetic message that spoke directly to his audience. The Truth touches on many topics easily relatable to the here and now, incorporating warm acoustic folk, reverberating jazz, droning new age, and a cappella sounds.
